Indian online fashion retailer Myntra expects to boost sales 40% or more during its End of Reason Sale this month, and a network of 7,500 kiranas will deliver 70% of the purchases, said Ananth Narayanan, CEO of the Flipkart-owned company. Florida-based private-equity firm Vintage Capital will acquire rent-to-own retailer Rent-A-Center in a deal valued at about $1.37 billion, including debt. Vintage Capital's portfolio also includes a controlling interest in Rent-A-Center rival Buddy's Home Furnishings.
